Location Information

Learning in the Olympics 2013 will be held at the Kitsap Conference Center, a modern conference facility located near the ferry terminal in Bremerton, WA. The conference facility offers covered underground parking at a cost of $4. Please bring exact cash to pay for parking.

Ferry information - Conference attendees who are coming from the Seattle area may take the ferry and walk directly to the conference center.

Bridge information - If you are coming from the Tacoma area, there is not a toll when heading to Bremerton. There will be a toll charged to come back across the Tacoma Narrows bridge from Bremerton.

Lodging Information

Hotel - For participants traveling from out of town, the Hampton Inn & Suites, located adjacent to the Conference Center, has a block of discounted room rates for the symposium. Be sure to mention that you are with Learning in the Olympics to receive your discount. You must make your reservation before February 22, 2013.
