Sarah Magnuson-Whyte, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC,
co-owner, Eastside Health Care, Olympia WA.

Sarah has experience as a Critical Care Nurse, nurse practitioner, nurse educator and mentor at Clover Park Technical College, Pierce College, and now at University of Washington, Tacoma, where she currently serves as faculty. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Washington in 2010. Sarah has been awarded for academic achievement during her nursing studies and has worked to fight poverty, promote social responsibility and bridge cultural and economic gaps. She enthusiastically welcomes the opportunity to work with patients to manage their healthcare and help them achieve better quality of life. Sarah joined Eastside Health Care, in Olympia, WA, in 2009 and became co-owner in 2010. At Eastside, Sarah provides Primary Comprehensive Care with respect and dignity for all patients, regardless of the individual's socioeconomic status.

Louis Kuritzky, M.D.
University of Florida

Louis is a Family Physician affiliated with the University of Florida, Department of Community Health and Family Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor. Dr. Kuritzky has spent the majority of his career as an educator, and given literally hundreds of presentations including local, national, and international meetings of professional societies. He is on the editorial board of Internal Medicine Alert, and the International Journal of Impotence Research. He has also written numerous textbook chapters and contributed over 100 publications to the literature on diverse topics in journals including Comprehensive Therapy, Hospital Practice, Patient Care, JAMA, and the New England Journal of Medicine.
